How to Order
To place an order simply browse through our Shop and add your products to your cart. Once you have made your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and payment instructions.
Once your order has been placed you will receive payment instructions during checkout and via email. We only accept Interact Email Money Transfer as our method of payment. Note the payment instructions and ensure you use the correct recipient name as any other variation will be rejected. If payment is not completed within 24 hours the order is automatically cancelled.
Please note that we do not accept debit cards, credit carts, PayPal, or Bitcoins at this time. Orders placed with limited quantity items are placed on hold for an hour before it is automatically cancelled.

GTA Express Delivery: Order between 12:00AM – 1:00PM for Same Day Delivery | Order between 1:00PM – 11:59PM for Next Day Delivery. Available for certain cities within the GTA.
Canada Wide Shipping: Orders shipped everyday. Note: items are shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Orders made in the GTA will be shipped out the same day if they are placed before noon.
Orders are accepted and fulfilled (delivered or shipped) 7 days a week including weekends.

Shipping is completed via Canada Post and is available Canada Wide, including the GTA. Shipping orders are packed and sent out within 1-2 business days. Orders made in the GTA will be shipped out the same day if they are placed before noon. You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once it’s been shipped. We guarantee delivery on all parcels. If your package is missing, we will work with Canada Post to ensure we find a solution.
I Received the Wrong Items or Items are Missing
While we have strict quality control measures in place, there are times with an order may be packed incorrectly or a replacement was provided if an item is out of stock. We strongly recommend that you take pictures of your order when it arrives to ensure there aren’t any discrepancies. Our team also catalogues all orders before they are packed as a final check.
If your items are missing or you received the wrong item please reach out to us with pictures or a video and our team will investigate further.
Refund or Exchange
In order for an item to be refunded or exchanged we require that all customers reach out to us within 2 days of receiving their items. Please provide a summary of the issue as well as supplementary pictures or videos.
For prepackaged Super Quad bags (i.e. Astro or Pharaoh Farms) we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the bag has been opened.
We will handle each request on a case by case basis. Please note that for a full refund to be issued we require that the items be sent back to us.

Canada Wide Shipping
All orders are eligible for Canada Post shipping. We are proud to offer direct shipping quotes from Canada Post. This ensures our customers pay a fair price. Our system will automatically determine the lowest priced shipping options and offer Xpresspost and Priority Shipping.
All shipping orders will be processed within 1-2 business day(s). Tracking codes are automatically provided when your order is shipped. Orders made in the GTA will be shipped out the same day if they are placed before noon.
During checkout you will receive an estimated delivery time. All orders are shipped from the GTA.
While these are official Canada Post estimated delivery times please note that there may be delays during holidays or peak seasons.
Free Standard Shipping
We offers free standard shipping on orders over $150 as regular parcel mail. Customers can choose a faster Xpresspost or Priority shipping option as well.
Minimum Order of $40
For shipping orders under $40 you may choose a flat fee $20 shipping option.
GTA Express Delivery
Delivery is completed via our courier service and is available in the following cities:
Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, York, East York, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Markham, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa
Delivery ETAs are not provided but all orders will be delivered by 10:00PM EST.
We charge a flat $5 fee for all courier deliveries within the GTA.
• Deliveries start at 1:30PM and run until 10:00PM EST each day.
• Morning deliveries are not available
• Our drivers will call or text 15-30 minutes prior to their arrival.
• If you are not available or at home, we will leave your package in a discreet location and text you the information.
• We do not provide ETAs during the day of delivery.

You can learn about our delivery policies here. While we take every step possible to ensure a timely deliver of your products we may sometimes experience a higher than expected volume. If there are any delays in your order we will coordinate with you directly to find a suitable resolution.
Instructions will be provided for email money transfers (EMT) with your online invoice. Orders will ship only after Interac e-Transfers (email money transfers) have been confirmed. All orders without proper verification will be cancelled within 24 hours. Please note that we only accept EMT at the moment.
