We develop and publish mobile games, digital products, AI-assisted business tools, and related online services.

A. Mobile Games

E. Custom GPTs and External Brain API
Alphapack Custom GPTs may connect to the Alphapack External Brain API through GPT Actions.
When an Action is used, the API may receive:
- the requested brain identifier
- the requested category identifier
- standard request metadata, such as date, time, IP address, user agent, response status, and security events
- authentication information needed to validate the request
The External Brain API returns approved, read-only Alphapack knowledge and integrity metadata.
The API is not designed to receive:
- ChatGPT account passwords
- payment-card details
- private repository credentials
- personal identity documents
- complete ChatGPT conversation histories
Users should not submit passwords, API keys, private keys, or other sensitive credentials through a Custom GPT conversation.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Services
- deliver game functionality and save progress
- retrieve approved information through Custom GPT Actions
- improve performance, reliability, and user experience
- analyze usage and diagnose errors
- provide customer support
- prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents
- process purchases and verify transactions
- comply with legal obligations
- enforce our agreements and protect Alphapack, our users, and others
- send optional marketing communications where consent is required
5. External Brain API Operation
The Alphapack External Brain API is designed as a read-only service.
It may return:
- approved category content
- category and brain identifiers
- document hashes
- manifest information
- authoritative commit references
- integrity and validation metadata
The API does not provide public endpoints for creating, editing, deleting, approving, or publishing Alphapack source content.
API access is protected through authentication and technical controls.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable, including in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions, we process personal information based on:
- performance of a contract
- consent
- compliance with legal obligations
- legitimate interests, such as security, analytics, service improvement, and fraud prevention
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent subject to applicable law.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.

For the External Brain API, relevant providers may include hosting and infrastructure providers such as Render and GitHub.

8. OpenAI and Custom GPTs
Custom GPT conversations are operated through OpenAI services.
OpenAI may process information submitted through ChatGPT according to OpenAI’s applicable terms, privacy policies, account settings, and service configuration.
Alphapack does not control OpenAI’s independent data-processing practices.
When a Custom GPT calls the Alphapack External Brain API, only the information necessary to perform that Action should be sent to Alphapack’s API.
9. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Services
- maintain security and reliability
- comply with legal obligations
- resolve disputes
- enforce agreements
- support legitimate business purposes
Operational logs may be retained for a limited period for security, troubleshooting, and service reliability.
Authentication secrets are not intentionally written into application logs.
Information may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated when it is no longer required.
