Alphapack LLC (“Alphapack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit alphapack.io or interact with Alphapack websites, game pages, contact features, and related online services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, app stores, video platforms, or other services that have their own privacy policies.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you contact us through the website, we may collect:

• your email address;
• the message or information you choose to submit; and
• information reasonably necessary to respond to your request.

If Alphapack later offers public accounts or additional user-facing services, we may provide additional privacy information before collecting information required for those features.

Administrator information

Authorized Alphapack administrators may provide information required to securely access and manage the website, including:

• account email address;
• authentication and session information;
• multi-factor authentication information; and
• security and access records.

Administrator access is used for internal site-management purposes and is not a public account feature.

Technical and security information

When you access the Services, our hosting and security systems may automatically process technical information such as:

• IP address;
• browser and device information;
• request date and time;
• requested pages or resources;
• diagnostic information; and
• security, fraud-prevention, rate-limiting, or abuse-prevention signals.

We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the Services.

2. How We Use Information

• provide and operate the Services;
• respond to messages and support requests;
• deliver messages submitted through our contact form;
• maintain website content and media;
• authenticate and protect authorized administrators;

3. Contact Form and Email Delivery

When you submit the Alphapack contact form:

• your email address is used so we can identify and reply to you;
• your message is delivered to an Alphapack-controlled recipient;
• your email address may be used as the Reply-To address;
• server-side security controls may process request information to prevent spam, abuse, duplicate submissions, or excessive requests.

We do not allow website visitors to control the server-side sender address or destination recipient.

We currently use Resend to provide transactional email delivery for website contact submissions.

4. Hosting, Database, Authentication, and Storage Providers

Alphapack uses service providers to operate the Services.

Current core infrastructure includes:

• Vercel for website hosting, application execution, content delivery, deployment, and related infrastructure;
• Supabase for database services, administrator authentication, application data, and media storage; and
• Resend for transactional email delivery.

These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.

We may replace or add service providers when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the Services. Any such provider will receive information only as appropriate for its role and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

5. Media and Published Content

Authorized Alphapack administrators may upload and manage images, videos, documents, and other media used on the website.

Published website content and media are intended to be publicly accessible.

Draft content, private administrative information, authentication information, and unpublished media are not intended for public access.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

As currently configured, Alphapack does not use the public website for third-party behavioral advertising.

Essential cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies may be used where necessary for:

• secure administrator authentication;
• session management;
• site functionality;
• security; and
• preference or application state.

Third-party websites or embedded services may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to or display content from third parties, including app stores, video platforms, social platforms, or other websites.

For example, selecting an external game-store or video link may take you to a service operated by another company.

Once you interact with a third-party service, that provider’s privacy policy and terms govern its collection and use of information. Alphapack does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.

8. How We Share Information

We may disclose information:

• to service providers that help us operate the Services;
• when reasonably necessary to respond to your request;
• to professional advisers where necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes;
• where required by law, legal process, regulation, or governmental request;

We do not sell personal information for money.

We do not currently use personal information collected through the public Alphapack website for third-party behavioral advertising.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:

• respond to communications;
• maintain business and support records;
• operate and secure the Services;
• prevent abuse;
• comply with legal obligations; and
• resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, why it was collected, security requirements, and applicable law.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete or anonymize it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Our current controls include measures such as restricted administrative access, server-side authorization, multi-factor authentication for administrative functions, private storage controls, and database access policies.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. International Processing

Alphapack and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Those countries may have different data-protection laws.

Where required by applicable law, we and our service providers use appropriate mechanisms for international data transfers.
